lakhimpur kheri: Lakhimpur Kheri violence case: HC rectifies ‘clerical error’, Teni’s son set for release | India News – Times of India

BAREILLY: Ashish Mishra, main accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case and son of Union minister Ajay Mishra Teni, is set to walk out of jail in the next 24 hours, as the Lucknow bench of HC has rectified the “clerical error” in the bail order issued earlier and inserted IPC sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 302 (murder) in the order.
The fresh order has now been submitted in the court of district and sessions judge in Lakhimpur Kheri, following which it has ordered Ashish’s release upon furnishing two bail bonds of Rs 3 lakh along with two sureties.
