Order on temple noise withdrawn | India News – Times of India


NEW DELHI: The BJP-led Karnataka government on Wednesday withdrew a controversial order that sought to regulate noise levels caused by percussion instruments and sound systems during prayers in temples across the state, reports Mrinalini Bhat.
The notices to temples had created a flutter as it came in the backdrop of the hijab row in the state.
