Climate Change: Responsibility Beyond Governments

Climate change is a very serious challenges the world faces today. Rising temperatures extreme weather events and environmental degradeation are clear signs that our planet is under pressure. While governments and industries play a significant role, individual responsibility cannot be overlooked Many people believe that climate change is not av ery big problem that one cannot influence there life.

However daily habits such as excessive energy consumption plastic use, and food waste significantly contribute to environmental damage. Same small actions, when taken by millions of people can create significant change. Governments should implement strict environmental rules and invest in renewable energy. Industries should adopt sustainable practices instead of prioritising profit over the planet.

However, without public support nothing will work it will fail. Citizens should demand accountability and support environmentally friendly policies. In my opinion, awareness is the very first step towards action. Educational institutions should include environmental studies as a core subject in their daily studies. Simple actions like recycling, using public transportation, and conserving electricity should become part of daily life.

Climate change is not just an environmental issue it is a social and ethical responsibility our Future generations will judge us based on the choices we make today. howevery solving climate change requires collective effort. Governments may lead, but individuals must follow them. Protecting the planet is not an option it’s a necessityand our responsibility.
