Jamshedpur, India – On the occasion of the 78th Independence Day, Marwari Yuva Manch Steel City Surbhi Branch organized a program titled “Ek Shaam Desh Ke Yoddhaon Ke Naam” at Chamber Bhawan, Bistupur. The event was held in the memory of Shri Raj Kumar Chanduka Ji.
The program honored the brave soldiers of 220 Field Regiment and officers from three service organizations who served in the Kargil war, along with their families. Over 150 army soldiers and their families participated in the event.

Branch President Kavita Agarwal welcomed the guests and highlighted the importance of recognizing the sacrifices of the brave soldiers. The soldiers were awarded the Veer Yodha Samman, a token of appreciation for their service to the nation.
The program featured patriotic songs and a cultural program organized by young members, including Anubhav Agarwal, Mukesh Verma, and brave soldiers. The event was inaugurated with a daily presentation of patriotic songs by the branch members and their children.
The program was conducted by Treasurer Payal Agarwal, and a vote of thanks was given by Secretary Pooja Agarwal.
Prominent guests included Jharkhand Pradesh Marwari Yuva Manch’s Provincial President Arun Gupta, Provincial General Secretary Sarthak Agarwal, Provincial Coordinator Mohit Munka, Vishnu Goyal, former Provincial President Nandkishore Agarwal, social worker Omprakash Ringasia, Shankar Singhal, Arun Bakrewal, Santosh Agarwal, Sawarmal Agarwal, Bablu Agarwal, Bajrang Agarwal, Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce’s Vice President Tax in Finance Advocate Rajiv Agarwal, and other social friends.
Program coordinator Pinky Agarwal, Nibha Modi, and all the branch members contributed to making the program a success.
