The Haryana government has decided to provide free travel facility to women in state transport buses on Raksha Bandhan this year also. Transport Minister Moolchand Sharma said that Chief Minister Manohar Lal has approved this proposal. Mr. Sharma said that this year also, like last year, women will be able to travel free of cost with their children up to 15 years of age.
He informed that the travel facility will start from 12 noon on August 29 and will continue till 12 midnight on August 30.
