PM Modi Hails “Make in India” Success Story, Boosts Global Economic Influence
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has highlighted the remarkable success of the “Make in India” initiative, showcasing India’s growing economic influence on the global stage. Through a series of social media posts, Modi shared examples of Indian products making a significant impact worldwide.
Bikes manufactured in India such as bicycle exported to UK Germany and Netherlands, Bihar produced boot used by Russian Army are few of examples indicating that manufacturing capability of India is now being recognised internationally. Cricket equipment especially Kashmir willow bats are exported to many countries while Amul is known for its dairy products and is aiming at launching its dairy products in the US market.

The UPI of India in digital payments has brought a revolutionary change across the globe and BrahMos, the supersonic missile, jointly developed with Russia is making the world a safer place. Also, during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, Indian products dominated coming as a sign that the products had a global market.
Many sectors including the manufacturing sector have felt the positive impact of the “Make in India” campaign through the emobelishment of the general economy through production, investment, innovation, and the creation of lakhs of new employment chances across the nation. Local manufacturers are attempting product localisation to create relatively cheap and domestically relevant goods.
Make in India, the venture, which has rekindled business sentiments in India and the self-confidence of the country, is an articulation and a culmination of the trending and the rising India in the global markets, in defence, and financial technology.
