Jamshedpur: Former MP and senior Congress leader Dr. Ajay Kumar has sharply criticized the current MLA of Jamshedpur East, Saryu Rai, for his lack of progress in the constituency over the past five years. In a press statement issued on Sunday, Dr. Kumar highlighted several key issues, including the failure to improve the Moharda water supply scheme and the deteriorating condition of the road from Jamco Chowk to South Gate.
Dr. Kumar pointed out that residents continue to receive contaminated and foul-smelling water, and despite numerous complaints, no significant action has been taken. He also emphasized the hazardous state of the road, which has led to multiple accidents and fatalities, criticizing the lack of street lights and the persistent problem of waterlogging.
