“Jharkhand Workers Return Home from Cameroon After Months of Struggle”
Jharkhand Workers’ Return: 27 workers from Jharkhand those who were stranded in Cameroon, South Africa have returned back home ¹. Once the state government intervened, the workers left since March 29 and the company cleared their wages and arranged for air tickets to travel.

Welcome Ceremony: The welcome ceremony of the returned workers was held at Ved Vatika in Giridih district in which officers had arrived including Labour Minister Satyanand Bhokta, Excise and Prohibition Minister Baidyanath Ram, Chief Minister Hemant Soren was also present but virtually.
