New Delhi: Six people were hurt in tragedy at dawn this Tuesday as a train derailed in Jharkhand. The Howrah-Mumbai Mail which is a train with the number 12810 met its Fate and came off the tracks as it had a head on collision with another goods train at a junction that is known as Rajkharsawan station.

Ten to twelve bogies of the Mumbai-Howrah Mail were reported off the tracks near Badabamboo, which left six passengers injured as per Indian Railways. Some sort of medical help was brought in to BADABAMBOO, the wounded are being evacuated to CHAKRADHARPUR for better care.
SER spokesperson Om Prakash Charan has told PTI that another goods train derailed near the Howrah-CSMT Express train, but it was not yet clear whether the two accidents occurred concurrently.

The incident happened approximately around 3. 45 AM in the Seraikela Kharsawan district of the western state of Jharkhand around 7 KMs away from the Rajkharsa Railway station coming under Chakradharpur railway division of South Eastern Railway.
There has been a response from the government of Jharkhand because after the occurrence of the accident they have sent a team of rescuers.
