Jamshedpur, India – Jamshedpur FC has embarked on an exciting initiative to discover and develop young football talent through its Carmel Junior College Grassroots Football School. The program, which has already commenced, aims to introduce the beautiful game to young minds in a fun and engaging way, with the ultimate goal of shaping future stars.
Over 50 students have enrolled in the program, which caters to five age groups – U5, U7, U9, U11, and U13 – with a gradual increase in training intensity. The curriculum progresses from fundamental skills to advanced tactical levels, ensuring a well-rounded development of each player.
Notably, some of the young talents have already made a mark in local tournaments, demonstrating their potential. Kapish Bhupati and Aditya Singh, who have represented Jamshedpur and JSW Youth Cup FC in the U13 I-League, are shining examples of the program’s success.
As the players progress, they will have the opportunity to refine their skills and adapt to new tactical drills, enhancing their style of play and footballing prowess. The program’s focus on age-specific training allows for a tailored approach, meeting the unique needs of each age group.
The ultimate goal is to provide a clear pathway to the Jamshedpur FC Senior Team, inspiring young players to strive for excellence. With its grassroots football school, Jamshedpur FC is committed to cultivating the next generation of Indian football stars.
