BJP Leader Shiv Shankar Singh Slams Hemant Government Over FIR in Jan Akrosh Rally Case

Ranchi: BJP leader Shiv Shankar Singh has reacted sharply to the FIR lodged against 42 named and 12 thousand unknown workers, including BJP leaders, on the ruckus in the Yuva Akrosh Rally organized by BJP Yuva Morcha in protest against the breach of promise by the Hemant government at Morhabadi Ground in Ranchi on August 25.

Singh alleged that the Hemant government’s action is a clear example of its dictatorial attitude towards public protests. “First, the theft, and then the arrogance! The dictatorial government misusing the government machinery to register a case against 12 thousand unknown workers, including BJP leaders, for fighting on a public interest issue clearly shows the nervousness of the Hemant government,” Singh said.

He further stated that the Hemant government is bent on sending the youth to jail without any reason by filing a fake case. “The BJP will not tolerate the dictatorial attitude of the Hemant government towards the public. This protest will intensify further,” Singh warned.

The Yuva Akrosh Rally was organized by BJP Yuva Morcha to protest against the breach of promise by the Hemant government. The rally saw a massive turnout of youth, who were angry with the government’s failure to fulfill its promises.

The Hemant government’s action has been widely condemned by the opposition parties, who have termed it as an attack on democracy. The BJP has vowed to intensify its agitation against the government’s dictatorial attitude.

The case has been registered against 42 named and 12 thousand unknown workers, including BJP leaders, under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. The police have started investigating the matter, and several arrests have been made so far.

The incident has sparked widespread outrage, with many taking to social media to express their anger against the government’s action. The opposition parties have also called for a statewide protest against the government’s dictatorial attitude.

In a statement, Singh said, “The BJP will not be silenced by the Hemant government’s dictatorial attitude. We will continue to fight for the rights of the people and expose the government’s failures.”
