Raghuvar Was Flying the Elephant by Eating Chocolates and Saryu Was Cleaning His Hands – Dr. Ajay Kumar

Jamshedpur: Former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das was flying the elephant by eating chocolates, while Food Supply Minister Saryu Rai was enjoying Aahar (Aahar Patrika). Former MP and senior Congress leader Dr. Ajay Kumar said this while addressing the journalists in a press conference held in the assembly hall on Sunday. He said that Saryu Rai, who is an expert in exposing the corruption of others, is an expert in lying. Despite having the information, he makes public only that thing which benefits him. Saryu Rai was accused of irregularities in the Aahar Patrika case. In this regard, Ranchi Police has registered an FIR against four people including Saryu Rai on charges of corruption. In this case, a case has been registered by the Argora police station of Ranchi under sections 403, 406, 408, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 7, 11, 12 and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Dr. Ajay said that Manoj Singh, a resident of Argora, Ranchi has alleged that former minister Saryu Rai is involved in irregularities of Rs 3 crore 38 lakh 26 thousand 473. Earlier, FIR number 105/2022 dated 2.05.2022 was filed against Saryu Rai by the Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare at Doranda police station, Ranchi. In which the charge sheet has been framed. The charge sheet has been filed in the MP MLA Court and the Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the matter and asked to appear on September 13. Just last week, on 30.08.2024, a complaint number 0025274/2024 has been filed by Sukho Mukhi in the Honorable Court of Ranchi against Saryu Rai’s female friend Madhu and her associates. Which is a case related to an organization called Gramya.

Allegations Against Saryu Rai

Saryu Rai has a very close relationship with Baba Computer. The work given to Baba Computers was eight times more than the market price and the rate fixed by the government. Which comes under the category of corruption. With the intention of suppressing the Food Bulletin Aahar Patrika case, his close Block Supply Officer Sunil Shankar was posted in Dhanbad a few days before his retirement. Saryu Rai ji should tell why this was done.

Dr. Ajay said that the real face of Saryu Rai, who has been wearing the mask of being honest till now, has come in front of the people.
