21 Bangladeshis, Including Women and Children, Detained While Trying to Cross into India at Maheshpur Border

Maheshpur, Jharkhand: The Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) stopped 21 Bangladeshi nationals from entering India illegally. The group was trying to cross the border in the Maheshpur area. Among them were women and children.

The BGB team spotted the group late at night and quickly took them into custody. After questioning, the officials handed them over to the Maheshpur police station. The police will now take further legal steps.

Local sources say this is not the first time people have tried to cross the border in this area. The border is closely watched to stop such incidents. Authorities are working to keep the area safe.
