Patna, November 1: RJD leader and Rajya Sabha MP Misa Bharti took a strong dig at the BJP and the central government today. She said that BJP leaders still don’t get who is running Bihar.
Misa pointed out, “The BJP thinks Rabri Devi is still the Chief Minister and Lalu Prasad Yadav is calling the shots, that’s why they keep calling it jungle raj. But the truth is, Bihar now has mangal raj, not jungle raj.”
She also talked about recent crimes, like the murder of Dularchand Yadav in Mokama and two others in the Bhojpuri area. “The BJP is silent on these. They need to figure out who handles law and order,” she added.
Hitting out at the NDA’s election promises, Misa said, “They are making big announcements now. But Tejashwi Yadav already delivered on his promises in just 17 months. He handed out job letters at Gandhi Maidan to prove it. Now, the BJP should tell us where they will get the money from.”
Responding to PM Narendra Modi’s claim that Congress is weakening RJD, Misa shot back, “If Congress is weakening RJD, then are Manjhi, Chirag Paswan, and Upendra Kushwaha strengthening BJP and JDU?”
On the PM’s “oil-water” remark about alliances, she said, “People in Bihar like ghee and makhda, not oil-water. The BJP can keep what they like.”
