Youth Congress Leaders and Residents Attend Address
Jamshedpur, August 20, 2024 – In a show of solidarity with the residents of Bhuiyandih’s Homepipe Indira Nagar Kalyan Nagar Bhuiya Basti, Congress leader Dr. Ajay Kumar addressed a gathering, assuring them of his unwavering support against the encroachment notices served by the administration. The notices, issued in May, ordered the demolition of 150 houses in Kalyannagar and Indiranagar for allegedly encroaching the Subarnarekha river bed.

Dr. Kumar vehemently criticized the BJP, stating, “It’s sad when BJP people cheat people. The colony residents have become victims of BJP’s dirty politics. They should not be scared; we will fight for them.” He emphasized that the Congress party stands with the residents and will not let them become victims of political manipulation.
The meeting was attended by Youth Congress State General Secretary and Jamshedpur East Assembly Incharge Niranjan Prasad, Rajni Singh, Gautam Sahu, Rahul Singh Munna Sah, and a large number of women’s groups and colony residents.
