Actor Vikas Sethi Passes Away at 48 Due to Cardiac Arrest
New Delhi, September 8, 2024 – Actor Vikas Sethi, known for his notable roles in popular TV serials, passed away on Saturday night in Nashik due to a suspected cardiac arrest. He was 48.
Vikas Sethi’s wife, Jhanvi Sethi, revealed that they were attending a family function in Nashik when Vikas fell ill. “He had vomiting and loose motions, but didn’t want to go to the hospital, so we asked the doctor to come home,” she said.

Tragically, when Jhanvi went to wake Vikas at 6 am on Sunday, he had already passed away. The doctor confirmed that Vikas died in his sleep due to cardiac arrest.
Vikas Sethi’s mortal remains have been sent for post-mortem to Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital. His last rites will be held in Mumbai on Monday.
