For the uninitiated, ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ was a cinematic sensation that introduced the fiery character of Srivalli. Mandanna admits that stepping into Srivalli’s shoes was like venturing into uncharted territory: “I didn’t really know my character Srivalli in Pushpa because I didn’t know the story, I didn’t know her as a character, I didn’t know how to play her, I didn’t know the world we were creating. I didn’t know anything. So, every day on set felt like visiting a playground,” she explained.

However, with the upcoming sequel, Mandanna feels more in tune with Srivalli’s world. “Now I know the world that we are living in, I know the character I’m playing, and now it’s Srivalli 2.0, I can say,” she stated confidently. The actress promises a more ‘super sorted’ Srivalli, hinting at a character evolution that fans eagerly anticipate.

The excitement for ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ is palpable, with the first look poster of Srivalli already generating buzz. Mandanna, draped in a saree with heavy jewelry and sindoor, showcases a serious expression that speaks volumes of the depth and maturity Srivalli has gained.

As the sequel to Allu Arjun’s magnum opus gears up for release, Rashmika Mandanna’s Srivalli 2.0 is ready to take the silver screen by storm, promising a performance that is both grounded and grandiose.
