Nisha Pasari, a resident of Chandil in Seraikela-Kharsawan district, has made her town proud by securing the first position in the Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law (BBA-LLB) examination conducted by Banasthali Vidyapeeth, a women’s university located in Kota, Rajasthan. She was honored with a gold medal and a certificate by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar at the 40th annual convocation of the university on Thursday.
Nisha, who is the daughter of Anil Pasari, an active member of Shri Shyam Seva Samiti, a social service organization, said that she was delighted and humbled by the recognition. She attributed her success to the guidance and support of her parents, teachers, and mentors. She said that she had always been interested in law and business, and that she wanted to pursue a career in the corporate sector.
Naveen Pasari, the president of Shri Shyam Seva Samiti, congratulated Nisha on her achievement and said that she was an inspiration for the youth of Chandil. He said that the Samiti was proud of her and would continue to support her in her future endeavors. He also thanked the Vice President and the university for acknowledging and rewarding her talent and hard work.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar, who was the chief guest at the convocation, praised Nisha and the other meritorious students for their academic excellence and urged them to contribute to the nation’s development and progress. He also lauded Banasthali Vidyapeeth for its role in empowering women through quality education and holistic development. He said that the university was a shining example of the vision and values of its founders, Pandit Hiralal Shastri and Ratan Shastri, who established it in 1935 as a tribute to their daughter Shanta, who died at a young age.
