The girls perform aarti (a devotional ritual) of Sanja Mata both in the morning and evening throughout the 16-day festival. It is a deeply rooted belief that worshipping and performing aarti of Sanja Mata will bless the girls with a good groom.

The festival culminates with the immersion of the Sanja Mata idols in a river or nearby well, symbolizing the end of the celebrations. This tradition not only fosters a sense of community but also keeps alive the cultural heritage of the region.
