Chief Election Commissioner Rajeev Kumar reviews preparations for upcoming assembly elections in Karnataka

Chief Election Commissioner Rajeev Kumar, Election Commissioners Anoop Chandra Pandey and Arun Goyal yesterday reviewed the preparations for the upcoming assembly elections in Karnataka. During a series of talks in Bangalore, he sought information about the various arrangements being made for the assembly elections in the state. Apart from this, he held a separate meeting with the representatives of various political parties, along with which suggestions were sought for free and fair elections. The commission also held a meeting with senior officers of the Chief Electoral Office and Police Department of the state.
