The Jamshedpur Hotel and Restaurant Association (JHRA) organized the inauguration of the Hotel Guest Verification System at Hotel Cruze, Adityapur, on August 12, 2024. The event was attended by esteemed guests, including Manoj Ratan Chothe, DIG Kolhan as the Chief Guest, and Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, SP Saraikela Kharsawan, as the Guest of Honour.

The welcome schedule began with the welcoming of guests and a banquet presentation, followed by the introduction of all the guests on the dias by Harjeet Singh, Director, Hotel Cruze. The lighting of the candle and inauguration were performed by the honorary guests.
The speech session commenced with Ms Aishwarya Choubey, Master of the Ceremony, welcoming and introducing the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, NIC Teams, and conducting the event. This was followed by a welcome speech by IHRA President Shri Ravish Ranjan.
Kishore Prasad, Joint Director(IT), NIC, Jamshedpur, delivered a speech, followed by a presentation of the Web Application “Guest Verification System” by Dr. Prashant Kumar Sinha, Dy. Director (IT), NIC, Ranchi. The Guest of Honour, Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, SP Saraikala Kharsawan, and the Chief Guest, Manoj Ratan Chothe, DIG Kolhan, also addressed the gathering.
A live demonstration of Hotel Cruze Registration was conducted, followed by a queries and feedback session. Shri Randeep Singh, Secretary, IHRA, delivered the vote of thanks, and the event concluded with lunch.
The inauguration of the Hotel Guest Verification System marks a significant step towards enhancing security measures in the hospitality industry.
