Jamshedpur, 13th September 2024 – The College of Nursing at Tata Main Hospital is set to organize a crucial training session on Basic Life Support (CPR) for Class 11 and 12 students. Scheduled for 13th September at 11:20 am in the college auditorium, this interactive session aims to equip students with essential skills and knowledge to respond confidently in emergency situations.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of CPR through a comprehensive program that includes a pre-test, a detailed PowerPoint presentation, and a post-test to be conducted seven days later. The session will also feature a research study on the CPR knowledge of students aged 16-18 years.

A team of eight experts will lead the program, ensuring a thorough and engaging learning experience. This initiative aligns with the college’s commitment to promoting health awareness and empowering young individuals with lifesaving skills.

The Principal, Mrs. Sangeeta Singh, along with Vice-Principals and Coordinators, played an active role in making this program a success.
