Fullia MP Slams System Failure, Questions Hostel Security and Criticizes Giriraj Singh’s Silence

15 January, Jahanabad (Bihar): Fullia MP Pappu Yadav reached Patiyama village in Jahanabad district today. He met the family of the girl who was assaulted in a Patna hostel. He expressed deep worry over the incident and called it a big failure of society, administration, and the whole system.

Pappu Yadav said this is not just about one girl. It shows how girls remain unsafe while those in power stay safe. He warned that if strong steps are not taken now, such incidents will keep happening.

He raised many questions about the case. If the girl was using her phone for something, why did she not talk to her family? He said this might be due to social pressure, fear, or carelessness. He demanded a fair, high-level probe so the truth comes out and such cases stop in the future.

He also questioned the hostel management. Who was responsible for the girl’s safety there? How can they escape their duty? Pappu Yadav mentioned past cases like Muzaffarpur and said the system always promises investigation but does nothing on the ground. He said the guilty must not be spared and real changes are needed.

On Union Minister Giriraj Singh’s statement about Sanatan, Pappu Yadav asked why he does not marry outside his caste in his own family. He said, “I have arranged marriages in my family with people from all groups.” He criticized Giriraj Singh for not visiting the girl’s home in Jahanabad even when he came to the area. He said Giriraj talks about the poor but lacks courage to meet them.

Pappu Yadav promised to fight for justice for the girl. He said, “I will fight anyone if needed. This is not politics; it is about humanity and justice.” He asked Giriraj Singh to think again about not meeting the family.
