Jamshedpur- On the 78th Independence Day, Jharkhand Health Minister Banna Gupta hoisted the national flag at Gopal Maidan, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, marking a significant occasion for the city. The event was attended by prominent guests, including City SP, SSP Jamshedpur, and SDO Dhalbhum.
In his address, Minister Gupta announced the construction of a multi-specialty MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur, with a budget of Rs 434 crore, aimed at strengthening healthcare services for the people of Jharkhand. He highlighted the government’s commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure in the state.

Additionally, Minister Gupta mentioned the ongoing construction of a flyover in Jamshedpur, costing Rs 471 crore, which was once deemed impossible by many. He emphasized the government’s determination to drive progress and development in the region.
Minister Gupta also highlighted the implementation of the Chief Minister Maiya Samman Yojana, a scheme providing an honorarium of Rs 12,000 to women between 21 and 49 years old, aimed at empowering women in Jharkhand.
The event showcased the government’s efforts to enhance healthcare, infrastructure, and social welfare in Jharkhand, aligning with the spirit of Independence Day.
