Hyderabad Police Register FIR Against Top Official, IIT Professor, and Others for Criminal Breach of Trust, Conspiracy, and IT Act Violations

Hyderabad, July 30, 2024: In a recent shocking twist, the Hyderabad police books former CS of Telangana Somesh Kumar and others including an IITH Assistant Professor in 1400 crore IGST fraud case.

The FIR was registered by CCCS as acting upon a complaint lodged by an official of the commercial tax department. The accused stand charged with criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy and offences of the IT Act.
